What exactly does Educating Korea Consulting do?


At Educating Korea Consulting we give valuable information, that is not always readily available, to prospective English teachers who are serious about teaching in South Korea. We understand that it is difficult for first time teachers to know when a school is suitable for them. We are dedicated to giving you all the knowledge you’ll need to help you find your dream school.




Do you work with recruiters or find jobs for me?


Educating Korea Consulting does NOT work with recruiting agencies and we do NOT recruit teachers for different jobs.




Are you a recruiter?


No, we are not.




Can I have a refund?


All sells from the SHOP are nonrefundable.

However, consulting sessions are 100% refundable.




How do I get a refund on my consulting session?


Please contact us at educatingkorea@gmail.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled time to get your 100% refund. Please wait up to 3 business days for the refund to be reflected in your bank account.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled time there will be no refund.




How do I redeem my coupon code?


Enter your coupon code in the “Enter a promo code” box in your shopping cart.




What if there is a mistake with my workbook or other teaching materials?


If there is a mistake, please contact us by email at educatingkorea@gmail.com and we will correct the mistake and send you the corrected product.




Do I need to buy the teaching materials if I want to book a consulting session?


No, the materials are for anyone who wants to buy them.




Will I be charged extra if my consulting session lasts a little longer than expected?


No, you will not be charged extra.




Do you have a phone number to call?


No, we do not.




How do you have consulting sessions?


Via Skype.




I am uncomfortable with being on webcam, can I voice call instead?


Of course!




I don’t have Skype, can I use a different app or system?


No, all sessions are done using Skype.




How do I know your Skype ID?


You will be asked to provide your ID at checkout. We will add you after we have received your information.




What payment method do you accept?


We accept Credit, Debit Cards, or Paypal.




I want to book a consulting session. Can I give you half the payment now and the other half before we have our session?


No, all bookings must be paid in full.




Do I need to bring anything to the consulting sessions?


Just yourself and maybe a pen and paper to take notes. If you need anything before the session we will contact you first.
